## For founders

Raspberry works with founders raising Seed to Series A in ClimateTech or AI. Founders submit their round through ScopeCheck (an AI pre-screening tool built by Alex) and receive structured feedback within minutes. If the round fits, Alex runs his own diligence alongside the lead VC and brings capital through a single SPV, meaning one line on the cap table and no admin overhead. Raspberry does not hold up rounds and matches the lead investor's pace.

What founders get: one cap table line via a consolidated SPV, access to capital from professionals in finance, consulting, and PE who invest in markets but are new to startups, instant pre-screening via ScopeCheck, and a fast process with honest feedback.

Raspberry is for experienced investors, operators, and high-net-worth individuals who want curated deal flow in ClimateTech & AI without having to source and diligence independently. There is no fund commitment. Investors see each deal on its own merits and choose whether to invest.

For every deal, Alex records an intro video with the founders, hosts a live Q&A, maintains an FAQ, and shares his investment memo, the syndicate terms, and the startup's documents. All on Odin.

Terms: 6% one-off placement fee, 20% standard carry, 0% management fees. No recurring fees.
